Present position

Professor

Scientific Interests, Keywords
  • Study of charge carrier transport and recombination properties in various modern semiconductors, with the focus on the nitride and perovskite materials;
  • Study of the impact that disorder has on carrier transport in various semiconductors;
  • Development and application of pump-probe techniques for carrier dynamics investigation in materials, with the focus on Light-Induced Transient Grating (LITG) and Differential Transmission (DT) techniques;
  • Implementation of these techniques into the devices meant for semiconductor testing/measurements and radiation detection
