On 14 October, a workshop on scholarly communication will take place at the National Centre for Physical Sciences and Technology (Saulėtekio Ave. 3).
This practical OPTICA workshop will guide you through writing strong scientific abstracts, preparing effective conference posters, and adapting your scientific story to different audiences. You will also gain insights into scientific writing, publishing ethics, and common mistakes to avoid.
The workshop will conclude with a short hands-on abstract-writing session, making it especially useful for students preparing for conferences, poster sessions, or their first scientific publications. Students at every level: Bachelor's, Master's and PhD. No experience with conferences or publishing are needed.
The workshop will be held in English. Rgistration required.
